Soraya Morgan Gutman, Brand Launcher

Soraya founded, grew and successfully sold her business advisory firm, Morgan Business Solutions to Brand Launcher where she now serves as vice president. In that role, she focuses her talents on helping hardworking entrepreneurs on the cusp of growth to increase sales and employee productivity. Previously, she founded the Raleigh Wake Human Resource Management Association in North Carolina, which she led and through which she spun off multiple, first-of-their-kind senior executive think tanks for C-level professionals.

Eileen Shrem, Eileen M. Shrem, RHU CLTC LUFT

As a founding member of the 1st chapter of NJAWBO in 1981, Eileen helped put NJAWBO on the map in Trenton. In the mid 80’s she negotiated a non-commissionable Association Health Plan for NJAWBO members. This plan lasted till 1991 when NJ Health Reform came into being. In 1987 she was awarded NJAWBO’s Business Woman of the year, and served as State President from 91-93. She was appointed by both Governor Florio and re-appointed by Governor Whitman & McGreevy to serve on the Individual Health Reform Board representing the self-employed.  In Trenton, she is known as the Jewish Mother of NJAWBO.


Leslie Farber, Law Office of Leslie A. Farber

Leslie Farber is an attorney at law practicing in Montclair concentrating primarily in the areas of business and employment law, small estate planning, bankruptcy, personal injury, workers compensation, and general litigation.

Ms. Hogan’s background includes over twenty five years experience in all aspects of Supply Chain Management including twenty years extensive experience in supplier diversity. Keisha Blake is the Regional Director of Certification and Programming at The Women Presidents’ Educational Organization New York, a regional affiliate of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). Mukesh is a seasoned entrepreneur with experience in private equity, angel investments, and business law. Mukesh has founded numerous ventures,secured significant equity, worked with over 100 investor partners, and serves on advisory boards of growth companies. He has been featured in national media including, which recently named him one of "The Hot 30 Movers and Shakers of New York City’s Startup Scene.” Mukesh is the founder and CEO of both JuiceTank (NJ’s largest collaborative co-working space for entrepreneurs, technologists and creatives) and Advance Entrepreneurship Institute, a venture accelerator that runs entrepreneurship boot-camps and think-tanks, an initiative that is attracting national and international interest. Tommy is the Founder & CEO of TacTech Media, a firm specializing in web development, design, and ecommerce solutions for start-ups and growth ventures.
